When I tell people I am a Raw Foods teacher most people are curious about what this means. As a Raw Foods Teacher I can show you how you can weave living raw foods into your diet and achieve amazing results with your health. Raw food is all about adding lovely Raw Food to your diet rather than taking foods you love away.
Raw or Living Foods are whole foods that can be purchased from any supermarket or farm shop or you can even grow them yourself !

How much does it cost ? £160.00 for a maximum of 8 people Thats only £20.00 per person for a bespoke class tailored for you and your friends and family.
When can I book my party? I can take bookings for daytime, evening or weekend parties?
What's included in the price? All Raw and living Food Samples of the delightful dishes I will create for you. A hand out with all the information you need to weave Raw Food into your current life style.
